Ooh quite alot has happened. You know, i was wondering, its not like i have a million pals, or that i am working, but i seem to be busy every week! There seems to be very little free time for meself. I really don't know why, i have to check my diary slash calendar..
Went to Bryan's place, first time there, and the lovely dear cooked carrot soup and pasta for me! Like soup from SCRATCH! (I was so thoroughly impressed!) Meaning chopped up bits of carrots, slices of ginger, the works. Boiled for awhile and then blended. Gonna post the delectable pic i took of it when i get around to transferring pics from me new handy.
Oh and yes i got a new handy! (i can just hear everyone going: FiNaLLy....) haha hey in defense of the old antique of a nokia phone, it was HARDY okay, dropped it (a MILLION: figuratively;) (afew hundred: literally;) times! What an absolutely loyal pet it was, albeit grey and ugly haha but i like ugLy things, like my bf! KIDDING.
Just for the record (and also in case HE sees this :P) MY LOVE IS SO HOT I DROOL EVERYTIME I SEE HIM WITHOUT HIS SHIRT OFF AND WHEN I LOOK AT HIS GORGEOUS CHISELLED FACE I SWOON AND WHEN I HEAR HIS VOICE I MELT.

Oh and went for Justin's surprise bday party planned by crystal his gf, Justin is my babes' coursemate, and samuel and michelle were there too. Michelle, crystal and me were like joking that we are the WAGS of our army boys haha. Anyways long story but basically what i wanted to tell u guys is the karaoke bit. Justin has a huge house and that includes this karaoke room.
And the funny part is when we were choosing songs. They chose My Love, and u know, we all assumed it would be justin timberlake right, and guess what WESTLIFE came on. *An emPty streeT, an eMpTy house, a hoLe inSidE my hEarT*...
Like OMG how retro! And then they chose SOS, and we all were expecting Rihanna to turn up but then ABBA came on. HAHA. And then quite suddenly everyone was in this nostalgic mood. (mind u we are only 20yrs old, all younglings, so nostalgia= around 7yrs ago only! ha) And they started playing AQUA songs, westlife, backstreet boys, OMG. I was so tickled! And when Larger than Life was playing, this guy who sat next to me ( a bit weird) he went like: "AJ is so cool, i want to be AJ man." EEKS!! i just laughed my arse off. (for the uninitiated, Aj is from the backstreet boys. I don't think he's the gay one, but i can't be sure. i was never a boyband kinda girl ha.)
Oh god there is piano tmr and i have yet to get started on my theory homework! GRR. I absolutely deTesT having something hanging over my head... needing to be done but i always deal with things at the very last minute. yucky.
Oh i miss everyone, from my gorgeous PVCS to my lovely lit pals- pris is returning on wed! CHEER- to my darling cousins, and everyone in between, zhiqi, joe~han, oh gosh my brain is in sleep-mode i can't think straight, who did i miss out? Anyways i love all my friends. Muacks.

Haha yes it is true... have been surfing ebay.com.sg almost daily, and since i have eclectic taste almost anything goes!
They really have some great finds, and oOo some vintage shoes are plain cute! I am eyeing a pair of Louboutins though, at 500sing dollars, they are a steal! Alas, with my financial status in tatters as always and with no drastic turn for the better in the forseeable future, i just sit in front of the screen and salivate..
I know my babes would get it for me if i want to, which makes it all the more painful since u know its IN MY REACH. But i can't bring myself to spend so much of his hard-earned-and-saved money...
I guess i just have to be rich next time haha. Or else live on love and fresh air...
Oo finally blogger allows me to post a new post! Grr. The silly thingy was down for so long and there have been so many things that have happened after the exams! I shall list those more significant events briefly since i have either already forgotten most of what i originally wanted to post or am too lazy to do so hA.
1)Kate Moss for Topshop collection fiNally launched!! And yes i went to queue up early in the morning at 8plus.... Expected to queue up at least but alas whatdoyaknow, there was no queue... The collection launched at 10am so i went for my mac's breakfast, and then went back 15mins before the launch, and lo and behold; a measly 15 pple were waiting outside! haha.
Nonetheless when the doors were opened, everyone rushed in and started grabbing clothes off the rack. (a disappointingly small collection i must say) Luckily i had some of my kiasu-insticts in me, and managed to grab the infamous pansy dress (reportedly kate moss' fave of the collection;) in my size! it was sold out in seconds..!
And then suddenly i dunno why there seemed to be more women, (20+ maybe?) and they were all quite manically snatching clothes off the racks, and it was WAR. muhahaha. every woman for herself.
In the end, i got the pansy dress and a pair of red skinnies! whee. BROKE.
2) Went to bangkok with Mum, aunties gloria and pat, and nicole. :)
pure, unadulterated shopping. manic, i tell u. Morning til night wheeeee.
Everyone should go to bangkok they have such great buys... And of course they have TOM YAM ;)
We stayed at the Somerset Residence, über schön!! (super nice) nice doesn't even convey my sentiment adequately.. One of the lovelier rooms i've ever stayed in.. Maybe because it was bigger haha. cuz we had 2 rooms, and a living room, and a small kitchen!
But yes i am fanatical about hotel stays, they are a big part of the whole excitement of holidays for me! :) One day i should probably do a list of my favourite hotels..! Ooo.
3) Body breaks down, yet again. Got shingles right after i got back from Bangkok, doc says its due to low immunity, which is so true my lifestlye is deplorable, if u think in terms of getting enough rest and living healthily blahblah. I think its also due to the insane shopping. At chatuchak i almost died from heatstroke and drowned in pespiration, and all me muscles were screaming: kill me! kill me!!
Right now immunity is at an all time low i guess, what with the shingles just having recovered (the rash marks are fading thank god) but now i'm down with flu and losing me voice again, for the 2nd time in half a yr! I hate throat inflammations and the like, i cannot eat tom yam!! haha. but mostly, i hate the pain and discomfort.
Think i will go see doc later, for the 3rd time in 2months. I think he will scold me haha but wth i am giving him business okay. Not that i have any choice in that matter. Utterly frustrated.
